Will this slow down our email?
No. The BCC/journal rule adds <1 second of latency, which is imperceptible. Your users receive emails normally.
Can I test with just a few users first?
Yes! Set up the forwarding rule for specific users or groups instead of org-wide.
What if I get too many alerts?
We can adjust the confidence threshold. Most customers prefer 85%+ confidence to reduce noise.
What happens to sensitive emails?
We retain emails for 14 days for analysis and model tuning. After that, they're permanently deleted. Only anonymized threat metadata is kept long-term.
What's included in the Beta?
Full platform access: email threat detection (phishing, BEC, malware), real-time alerts, feedback loop, reporting, and dashboard analytics.
What happens after the Beta?
Beta participants will receive preferred pricing when we launch generally. We'll give plenty of notice before any transition.
